Adair County Criminal History is a private reference site with no government affiliation. It does not keep official records and cannot obtain a record, conduct an official check, or submit paperwork for a visitor.

The site directs readers to the Adair County Sheriff's Office, Iowa District Court, the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation, and the Iowa Sex Offender Registry. It may also link to outside search tools that can assist with independent research.
